Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with the work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please also let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Safetyclick Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter. That may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office, the attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
